Hi, I’m Chris, and it’s my job to help you navigate the world of estate planning with ease and confidence.

Planning your estate may seem like a daunting prospect on many levels, but believe me when I say there’s no time to lose. I’ve witnessed first-hand how an unexpected diagnosis or bereavement can derail entire families, especially if the right protection isn’t in place.

In 2021, when my father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s Disease, it really brought home to me the importance of having a plan in place. Since then, I’ve made it my mission to help families and individuals find peace of mind knowing that, if the worst happens, everything is taken care of.

By truly listening and clearly explaining every step in the process, I’ll ensure I fully understand your wishes and build a plan to reflect them — so you and your loved ones can sleep soundly at night. For me, this is not a one-off service. I intend to earn my place as your trusted advisor for years to come.

As one of our Senior Client Advisors I can guide and advise you on all estate planning matters.

I also head up our Private Client Team.

James Farmer

James is one of  our senior estate planning advisers with a wealth of experience.

Having obtained an Upper Second Class Law Degree via distance learning with Nottingham Trent University whilst working full time as a Chief Executive of a Barristers Chambers, he was award the coveted title ‘Future Face of Legal’ by the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce for his resilience and forward-thinking approach to the delivery of legal services.

Prior to his time in Chambers, James was a paralegal in-house for a PLC managing a caseload of Civil Litigation matters. Following his tenure as CEO he has trained in Property, Wills and Probate and Family and joins Elite as a Consultant Legal Advisor based out of Birmingham being able to provide a broad range of legal services to clients.

Vafa Kaveh

Senior Consultant and Adviser

Vafa is a highly experienced legal professional specialising in private client matters including Wills, Trust, Estate Planning and Powers of Attorney

She holds an LLB from Aberystwyth University, completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Cardiff University, and earned an MA in Environmental Policy and Management from Cheltenham University.

As an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), Vafa is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards in estate planning and probate matters.

James has extensive knowledge of estate planning spanning more than 25 years and as Managing Director he leads the Senior Executive Team.
